DALGETTY The funeral service for the late Donald Dalgetty (Donnie), aged 88 years, of Maurdon, Cabrich, will take place on Monday, 24th March, 2025, at 12.30pm, in the funeral home of William T. Fraser and Son, Culduthel Road, Inverness; thereafter to Tore Cemetery. All welcome.

MACDONALD At home, in Perth Western Australia, on 12th March, 2025, Gordon Fraser, aged 66 years, passed away after a brave fight against brain cancer. Gordon was a much loved second son of Margaret and the late Donnie MacDonald, 18 Drummond Road, Inverness. He was adored by his daughters, Grace and Thea, also a much respected son-in-law, a loved husband of Sue and a very dear brother of Jeff and Kevin. Gordon was an all-round sportsman, having played goalkeeper for Inverness Thistle and centre forward for the Met Police, a talented cricketer, badminton player and golfer. He had many friends at home and abroad and will be sadly missed. R.I.P. Gordon.

COOMBS Unexpectedly, at Raigmore Hospital, on 11th March, 2025, Dave Coombs, aged 76 years, of Evelix, Dornoch (worked in Kinlochbervie). A much loved husband, father and grandfather. WATT Donald MacLean 'Donnie' passed, peacefully, on 28th January, 2025, in Glenrothes, aged 88 years. Donnie grew up in the Merkinch, as the youngest of seven, brother to Christopher, Mary, James, Cathy, Tricia and Ena, cousin to Patty, Evan and Sandy, and uncle to Jeanette, John and Margaret Ann. Donnie was the son of "Wattie the Fishman" who sold fish in the Victorian Market. Further to our family's earlier notice of Donnie's passing, a celebration of his life will be held at Ness Bank Church, Inverness, on Saturday, 29th March, at 2pm. All welcome.
