WILSON The family of William (Bill) Wilson wish to extend their sincere heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of love and sympathy following the unexpected death of Bill, a much loved husband, best dad, special papa, father-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, friend and neighbour. While respected as a skilled scientist, every message spoke of Bill's qualities of kindness, humility, integrity, wisdom, loyalty and encourager of others. Our thanks go to Rev. Canon Dr Iain Macritchie and Rev. Steven Manders who led the family with sensitivity through the service of committal, followed by 'A Time to Remember' where many joined us to remember Bill through his life of faith, his time with Rotary and the ATC and his devotion to his family. Thanks to Fiona Sellars the organist. Our thanks also go to the staff of Nairn Town & County Hospital and Nairn Medical Practice who cared for Bill with compassion, gentleness and dignity during his short illness. Their care was extended to the family helping us through the saddest of times. Sincere thanks go to Jim Clark and his team for the funeral arrangements offered with patience, quiet efficiency and genuine warmth. Thanks to Nairn Golf Club for hosting the 'Final Toast' to Bill and to the Flower shop in Nairn. Finally, thank you to those who generously donated to 1068 (Nairn Squadron) ATC and Listen Well Scotland in memory of dear Bill. "His love is with us always and forever."
