BROUGH Alison Brough, Rosemarkie, passed away peacefully, holding hands with her two sons, at County Community Hospital, Invergordon, on 29th April, 2024, aged 67. Alison was a widow to James Brough, a mum to Ben and Julian, a granny to Poppy, Lachlan, Posie, Coralie and Sunny Bear, a sister to Michael and Jerry and an aunt to Shakti, Mayva and Ania. Alison had a vivacious and energetic personality crowned with a hooting laugh. She played a prominent role in music in the local community, first as a teacher and then through her involvement in various choirs. Alison's funeral service will take place on Thursday, 9th May at 1.30pm, in St Andrew's Episcopal Church, Fortrose; thereafter to Fortrose & Rosemarkie New Cemetery. All friends and family are invited. Reception afterwards. We encourage you to bring flowers as bright and vibrant as Alison's personality.
