Antiques expert Mark Hill's Highland talks

ANTIQUES Roadshow expert Mark Hill will talk to the Art Society Highland on Thursday (February 15) at Smithton Free Church from 2pm.

Mark – an author, TV presenter and specialist in postwar Czechoslavakian glass – will cover buying antiques, how to judge ‘value’ and future trends in antiques.

Previously NADFAS (National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Society), the Arts Society Highland will meet in Smithton Free Church on Thursday (February 15) at 2pm.

Before that, Mark will be giving the same talk in Elgin at 11am on Wednesday (February 14) at Williamson Hall, Duff Ave. And in Aberdeen at the Ian Wood Building, Riverside Terrace, Robert Gordons, Aberdeen at 7.30pm on Wednesday evening.

The National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Society was established in 1968, so is celebrating its golden anniversary this year. The Highland branch was established in 1990.
