4 fun family time things to do in Inverness this weekend

1 Grow better at summer gardening
This month’s Little Seedlings workshop at Dobbies Garden Centre on Sunday, August 6 at either 10.15am or 11.30am, is all about celebrating summer-loving gardens. They will be covering what summer is; plants that love the sun; how plants adapt to hot dry weather; how to protect our gardens and ourselves in the sun; plants to grow in August; and little ones can try tissue paper craft activity. Children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2 Get interactive with dinosaur fun
Just time to catch the last few shows of Dinosaur World Live at Eden Court, with times 11am and 2pm until Thursday, August 3.
3 Free activities at the Eastgate Centre
Don't forget the chance to enjoy free fun this week at the Eastgate Centre on Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am-3pm. including Wednesday, August 2

4 Heads up for show coming soon
This 45-minute show described by Eden Court as for youngsters up to six, The Tortoise And The Hare comes to Eden Court on Friday, August 11 with two shows, at 11am and 1.30pm. The company travels around with their suitcase of stories, spinning yarns and telling tales. What will come out of the suitcase when you visit? You will need to hop like a hare and travel like a tortoise. Who will win – slow and steady or fast and furious? And watch out, there might be an unexpected dash to the finish line ... Get set…GO!
