A82 crash at Laggan in the Great Glen leaves four people in hospital; three vehicles were involved in the crash near Loch Lochy, confirm Police Scotland officers in the Highlands

Four people were taken to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on the A82.

The collision, involving three vehicles, occurred in the Great Glen near Laggan at the northern end of Loch Lochy at around 10.40am on Sunday.

The road was closed for more than an hour but reopened around midday.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.40am on Sunday 20 April, 2025, we received a report of a crash involving three vehicles on the A82 near Laggan.

“Four people were taken to hospital. The road re-opened around 12pm."

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service added that they had been called to the scene at 10.48am and had sent three appliances and a heavy rescue unit.
