AN Alness man will be sentenced next month after stealing three bottles of vodka.
Andrew Sanders of Milnafua admitted taking the items on June 4 last year from the Tesco store in Inverness’s Dores Road.
The 43-year-old also admitted behaving in a threatening manner in Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness on February 13 this year by challenging two police officers to fight.
He will be sentenced on April 7 after a background report. He is currently on a community payback, so a social work report is also required.
