Highland B&B with ‘fantastic reputation’ could be yours for just £649,000; ASG Commercial is handling sale of Ornum House B&B near Beauly, its two holiday cottages, and a plot of land with permission for a house
A popular Highland B&B with "superb" and "excellent" ratings on accommodation websites is on the market after its current owners decided to retire.
Ornum House, near Beauly, consists of a four-bedroom property - all of which are en-suite - and has been run as a four-star, three-bedroom B&B, with the other room used as owner accommodation. The grounds, meanwhile, are also home to two separate four-star rated holiday cottages and there is parking for up to eight vehicles.
The B&B and holiday lets are available freehold for revised offers over £649,000, although a second 0.65 acre plot of land - on the market for offers over £100,000 - is also available. The latter has planning permission for a two-bedroom villa and can be bought with the B&B for a combined price of £749,000, or separately depending on the buyer’s wishes.

TripAdvisor records a rating of 5.0 excellent, of 156 reviews some 143 were excellent and 13 very good and as 9.6, exceptional.”
