Body of man found in Inverness during search for missing person

The body of a man has been found in Inverness during searches for a missing 46-year-old.

Police Scotland said the body has yet to be formally identified but the family of Grzegorz Ulas has been made aware.

Mr Ulas, who left his home in Cranmore Drive, Inverness at around 10am on August 31 on his orange bicycle. was later reported missing.

A police spokesperson said: "There are no apparent suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
