The Inverness Symphony Orchestra will travel to Nairn to perform some iconic soundtracks from internationally-acclaimed acclaimed movies this weekend.

The best scores from films including Pirates of the Caribbean, Frozen, Indiana Jones, Star Wars and the Jungle Book will be played in a special ‘Family Film Favourites’ concert at Nairn Community and Arts Centre on Sunday, June 23 at 3pm.

Conducted by Robin Versteeg, the event is sponsored by Music Nairn and proceeds will be shared between Drummond School and Nairn Academy Special unit projects.

The orchestra, which includes over 50 musicians, will bring the soundtracks to life and also lead the audience through a special Disney sing-along. The one-hour concert is free for Under 18s (recommended age is 5 years and up) with a suggested donation of £10 per adult.
