Culloden Moor road closed following crash, say Police Scotland officers in the Highlands
Motorists have been advised to find an alternative route after a crash closed the B9006 Culloden Moor road.
Police Scotland confirmed the closure in a post on its Highlands and Islands Facebook page shortly before midday.
There was no immediate word on the number or type of vehicles involved, or if anyone was injured.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The B9006 (Culloden Moor road) is currently closed due to a road traffic collision at Cantray, between Croy and Newlands of Culloden.
“Please seek an alternative route.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said it had not attended the crash.
Police have been approached for further information.
