A popular Inverness bar is being advertised for lease by Star Pubs & Bars.
There is no indication that it is anything but business as usual at the Union Street premises, with attractions lined up for later this month.
It is being offered for an annual rent of £27,519.
Estimated 'ingoing costs' – thought to cover the likes of stock and inventory – are £13,793.
Star Pubs & Bars stated: "The pub benefits from being one of 36 pubs found in an area of around 3643 adults. The loyal customer base is built of local residents and tourists alike.
"Available on our business start-up agreement, the potential of this pub lies in maintaining a strong 100 per cent wet-led offer. What drinks would you look to implement in the pub?
"The site currently has good live entertainment, live sports and a great drinks range. We’re always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?"
It added: "Attitude is more valuable than experience."
