A stage adaptation of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is set to arrive at Eden Court in Inverness this summer, as part of a special tour marking the 75th anniversary of the beloved C.S. Lewis’ novel.

Fresh from a critically acclaimed West End run, the production will run from Tuesday, June 24 to Saturday, June 28, offering Highland audiences the chance to step through the wardrobe and into the magical world of Narnia.

First published in October 1950, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has become one of the best-selling books of all time, with more than 85 million copies sold in 60 languages worldwide.

The timeless story follows four children – Lucy, Edmund, Susan and Peter – who are transported from wartime Britain to a snow-covered fantasy realm ruled by the White Witch and guarded by the noble lion Aslan.
