MacMoray Festival Easter Festival - All you need to know ahead of Elgin’s biggest event
One of the north-east’s biggest music festivals is set to return for the last time this Easter weekend - here is everything you need to know about the event.
This will be the last MacMoray Festival, and we’ll see 29 acts take to one of the two stages at Elgin’s Cooper Park.
This is the festival’s fifth year running - and at the moment, it is planned to be its last.
Around 10,000 people will pack into the park on both days, eager to see their favourite groups in action.
When is this year’s festival?
The MacMoray Easter Festival 2025 is running on Saturday, April 19, and Sunday, April 20.
Gates will open at 11am on both days, last entry is at 7.30pm, and there is a special final closing ceremony at 9.50pm on Sunday.
If you have ordered tickets online, it’s highly recommended to precollect your wristbands by scanning in at IT Central on Harrow Inn Close.
You can do this any day before the event from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The last collection date is 4pm on Saturday, April 19.
Who is playing, and when?
The running order for the MacMoray Festival has been confirmed - with Ultrabeat to close Saturday and Nathan Evans top of Sunday’s bill.
