An Inverness man who was ordered by a court to desist from harassing his ex partner unless he was communicating with her about their three children lost his composure with her during a messaging session.
Inverness Sheriff Court heard that on December 6, last year, 42-year-old Mark Burnett, of Bruce Gardens, called her "a f***ing liar" and "a twisted woman" which was in breach of his non-harassment order imposed for a previous domestic abuse offence.
