Two fire engines attended to a fire after reports of a blaze at Inverness railway station.

The fire has now been extinguished and claimed to have been ‘minor’.

National Rail have said that ‘trains cannot currently call in or out of Inverness’ due to the incident.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue service have confirmed they are still awaiting more information as to how the fire started.
