A popular Black Isle music festival has revealed its full line-up of acts as it gears up for its seventh annual event.

The Woodzstock Music Festival, which is held in the Wildwoodz Adventure Park near Munlochy, returns this June 15 with a day-long programme of acts who will entertain from 1pm to midnight.

Organisers have promised an "amazing line up for 2024", which include the likes of Altern 8 and The Supernaturals, who have more than a dozen Top 40 singles and albums between them.

“Our three headliners are extremely diverse musically, just like the whole line-up,” explained Ross Smith. “We have two acts from the 90s who have had 13 top forty singles and albums between them (Altern 8 and The Supernaturals).

“Then we also have The Laurettes who are fast becoming one of Scotlands greatest party bands with their uplifting folk/rock singalong hooks. Across the rest of our line up we have some fantastic local talent from acoustic singer/songwriters, to covers bands, tribute groups, electronica, DJs, folk, trad, and rock and indie groups.”

He continued: "The people who come to Woodzstock absolutely love it and we are really family friendly and support the local music scene, local businesses and local charities,” said Ross Smith.

"We have three amazing headline acts and loads of local acts and artists that may not even get a platform to play if it wasn’t for Woodzstock.

"This is our seventh year. which In itself that is an amazing feat. We just want people to have a good time and a platform for local musicians to play.”

Tickets for the festival are £55 (with cheaper fees for children). Bus ticket options are also available for those in a number of communities looking to make their way there without using their cars.

As well as the music, the festival includes a licensed bar, local food stalls, a gin and cocktail saloon, and kids activities. For more information about the festival, tickets and transport options visit www.woodzstock.co.uk.
