From December 1-23, volunteers for The Salvation Army are offering a gift wrapping service.

Between 10am-4pm, people will be on hand at a table upstairs by Boots inside the Eastgate Centre to help wrap Christmas gifts.

They have festive wrapping paper and bows to make the presents look extra special.

Donations are welcome, which help the charity provide shelter and support for people struggling.

The service will not be in operation on Sundays.
