Bishop’s Palace provides a unique environment for guests. The three event rooms are linked together by the Douglas Baxter Hall – an area with wood panelling, a sweeping staircase, and a vaulted timber ceiling that is ideal for receptions and catering breaks for the meeting rooms.

Kirstie Falconer, Eden Court’s event manager said: “Alongside our meeting rooms and spaces, we also have private screening and conferencing facilities in our cinemas, meeting rooms, and the OneTouch Theatre which can also be customised for all sorts of events.
“For larger conferences, our Empire Theatre can host up to 840 people! We are also proud to offer free space to groups in the form of our Community Table and The Dome.
“At Eden Court, no space is off limits, so if you are interested in using the outside terrace, lawn areas, or car park for your event, let us know. Our iconic stretch tent is also available to hire!”
Alongside offering a range of event spaces, Eden Court has an expert team behind it, ensuring that whatever you host will happen without a hitch!
“Our stage, lighting and sound technicians are among the best in the industry and will add an extra dimension to your conference,” said Kirstie.
“All of the spaces within the venue have data projection and audio-visual capabilities. We also offer hybrid and live-streaming event options. The theatre and cinemas are equipped with a two-channel infra-red hearing assist system and a portable version is available for other areas.
“Being a multi-arts venue, we have a talented creative team on hand to help. We see our venue as a blank canvas, allowing clients to really make the event their own.”
Eden Court has also made sure that all its venues are accessible to delegates with extra requirements. Every member of staff is trained to collaborate closely with all delegates to ensure their comfort throughout the event.
