A FIRST taste of some of the acts lined up for this year’s Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival was available for music lovers under sunny skies at Eden Court in Inverness.

Traditional musicians Amy Henderson and Dagger Gordon and up-and-coming singer-songwriter Tamzene were among the acts who performed in the Inverness theatre’s popular outdoor tent on Saturday afternoon as part of a Bella Takeover.

As well as musical offerings, there was a range of activities outdoors for young visitors including face painting, circus skills, crafts, robots and a magician.

Belladrum takes place this year from August 1-3 and will be headlined by Jess Glynne, Chvrches and Elbow.
