Inverness hospitality firm wins accolade at national awards ceremony
An Inverness business has won the best hospitality employer of the year award at a national ceremony.
CRU Hospitality, which runs the venues including The White House and Scotch & Rye, picked up the accolade at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards.
The annual awards attract over 5000 businesses from across Scotland, all vying for recognition as the best in their field.
Alongside the best hospitality employer award, some of CRU Hospitality’s venues were also recognised.
The Classroom Bistro earned a highly recommended nod in the Best Casual Dining category; Scotch & Rye was also Highly Recommended for Best Speciality Spirit Bar; and Prime Steak & Seafood, which proudly reached the finals for Best Restaurant.
These honours come on the heels of another proud moment late last year when CRU Hospitality was named Independent Pub Group of the Year at the Scottish Bar and Pub Awards.
Cru Hospitality chief executive Scott Murray said: “Winning Best Hospitality Employer of the Year is an incredible honour and a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
“At CRU, we’ve always believed in pushing boundaries and striving for excellence... We’ll continue to innovate, grow, and most importantly, invest in our people, because they are the heart of everything we do.”
