Last day to drop off presents for MFR's Cash for Kids Mission Christmas
A call has gone out for donations of Christmas gifts for children living in poverty in the Highlands.
Today is the last day for presents to be dropped off for Mission Christmas run by MFR's Cash for Kids.
It still needs gifts for 1115 children.
In launching its appeal, it stated:"Heat or eat is a real choice for so many families this winter. Christmas is something they simply can't afford.
"Mission Christmas is here to help Santa reach children living in poverty."
New and unwrapped gifts can be taken to drop-off points which include the Co-op stores in Telford Street and Church Street, Inverness, and Keppoch Road in Culloden plus Wickes in Longman Road, Inverness.
More details can be found at MissionChristmasHighlands.
"We guarantee your support will mean that a child who's at risk of waking up to nothing on Christmas Day will have something to open," Cash for Kids stated.
Cash for Kids Mission Christmas is in partnership with Port of Cromarty Firth.
