More road resurfacing work lined up for Inverness

A SECTION of Crown Drive will be the latest part of Inverness to be resurfaced next week.

Highland Council will be carrying out the works to the part between Victoria Drive and Cawdor Road from Monday.

The works are expected to last for two days and the road will be closed.

A council spokesman said: “While it is expected that local access for residents will be maintained, it may however be necessary for short periods of time that access will not be available to particular properties to allow works to be carried out.”
