Two pedestrians hit by car on city street

Two pedestrians have been hit by a car on a shopping street in the west end of Glasgow.

Emergency services were called to the scene on Byres Road at around 11.35am on Sunday.

Police said a section of the pavement is closed at Vinicombe Street while investigations continue.

They advised people to avoid the area.
