New home helps Inverness cause New Start Highland offer more
A CHARITY has opened a new furniture outlet in Inverness.
New Start Highland has relocated some of its items for sale to premises in Carsegate Road North and stocks a range of second-hand furniture, bikes and other items for the house.
Chief executive James Dunbar said: “This is an excellent new aspect for our enterprise. It will help us do more work and support more people.
“We can now offer a bigger range and a better service to our customers, so I strongly invite everyone looking for furniture to visit us.
“We want to help people make their house a home.”
He added that last year the charity supplied furniture for free to more than 1000 families that were struggling financially.
The charity, which has two other shops in Inverness, moved from their previous premises in Longman Road.
