Inverness cafe Wild Pancakes set to move to new home this April
A POPULAR pancake place in Inverness is looking to welcome customers in their new, bigger location next to the High Street by the end of April.
Wild Pancakes, a family-owned organic pancake cafe which opened in 2018 at 88 Church Street, announced in February their plans to move to new premises on Inglis Street.
Now, works to open their new cafe are getting near to completion.
The new place will allow more space for customers as well as the introduction of doughnuts to their menu.
Owner Sandis Mitenbergs (43) said they had been looking for a bigger place for around a year.
"On busy days, we are currently not able to get everyone in, so finding a bigger place had become a necessity.
"It's almost three times bigger than our current premises. We are also hoping to see more people in, given the proximity to the High Street. "

Mr Mitenbergs also has a wooden furniture business, which reflects on the design of Wild Pancakes – a style that will be shared with the new place.
