A833 at Belladrum reopened after crash between car and van

Part of the A833 near Belladrum has reopened following a crash between a car and a van.

Police Scotland say the occupants of a van and a car were taken to hospital after the collision between the A862 junction and the A833 at Kiltarlity at around 6.05pm on Tuesday.

The road reopened early this morning (Wednesday).

A police spokesperson said: “The A833 has fully reopened near Belladrum following a crash involving a van and a car around 6.05pm on Tuesday, 25 February, 2025.

“The occupants were taken to hospital to be checked over.

“Inquiries remain ongoing into the full circumstances of the collision.”

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent two appliances, one from Inverness and one from Beauly, to the scene.
