Parking bill a step too far?

I WONDER how many readers would allow their car to lie at Inverness Airport for 35 days and run up a bill for £350?

This was done by Inverness, Nairn and Badenoch MP Danny Alexander, whilst busy in London on parliamentary business.

Surely he could have got someone from his Inverness office to collect it, or perhaps his wife or friends who live in Aviemore.

I suppose he wasn't too bothered about the bill as it wouldn't cost him a penny, being included in his expenses claims, but is this the type of conduct we should accept from someone who has come to be known as "Mr Cuts", the man to wield the axe which will put thousands of people out of work?
