Choral singers kept Inverness Christmas shoppers entertained during a non-stop four-hour Carolthon.
The annual event in the Eastgate Shopping Centre was staged by the Inverness Choral Society.
Its charity partner this year is the Highland and Islands Blood Bikes group which works closely with NHS Highland to transport urgent medical consignments - from laboratory samples to donor breast milk for newborn babies - throughout the region and beyond.

The choir’s Carolthon organiser Andrea Gritter said the selection of carols and seasonal music performed by the choir was much appreciated by the public, with something for everyone.
She was delighted with the generous donations received on the day.
“The money raised will be shared equally between Highland and Islands Blood Bikes to assist them with their ongoing vehicle and other substantial expenses and the Choral Society to assist with the expenses of staging a full-scale classical concert twice a year,” she said.
Many choir members will also be sponsored, and the proceeds will be collected in January.
Donations will be accepted via the Just Giving page until January 15 2025.
The choir is already looking forward to Christmas 2025 which will mark the 40th anniversary of the event.
