The joint project between Holm Community Council and Incredible Edible Inverness, based near to the Tesco Ness-side and Dores Road, will see a community garden for “all ages, all abilities” to enjoy.

The site was made available by Tesco and given to Highland Council for community use when the Ness-side store was first opened.

Murray McCheyne, chairman of Holm Community Council, said: “It was a super day.

“Members of the public came along to look at the designs of the garden that we have planned. People really enjoyed the day.”

The Holm Grown project recently received planning permission from Highland Council.
