PICTURES: Showers fail to dampen Belladrum spirits
There was singing in the rain – or during scattered showers – as thousands of music fans arrived at the annual Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival today.
Campers arrived in lively spirits prepared for all conditions while others who weren’t staying on site for the three-day extravaganza of entertainment were happy to be there after facing traffic congestion on whatever route they chose to get there.
Today’s headline acts included Sam Ryder and Sigrid, while tomorrow’s line-up includes Bastille, KT Tunstall and Elephant Sessions. Saturday’s schedule includes Travis, Peat & Diesel and Scouting for Girls.
A range of entertainment for all the family will be available at the festival near Beauly.
The forecast is for it to brighten up today, with sunshine and clouds tomorrow and showers are predicted for Saturday.
