Under the plans the site's interior partition and doors will be removed.

New partitions will be installed to split the interior into three distinct parts: a main office space, a separate meeting room, and a staff room with toilet facilities.

A new entrance ramp will be installed to make the office accessible and two new windows will be installed to provide natural light within the building.

The plan is for the office space to be used by Highland Council’s housing team.

Granting permission for the development planners said the proposals “accord with the provisions of the Development Plan and there are no material considerations which would warrant refusal of the application “
