Inverness coffee shop seeks planning permission from Highland Council

Plans have been submitted to Highland Council for a coffee shop and coffee training academy on Castle Street.

The application has been made by Dimitri Andreas who currently operates the Highland Coffee Academy and the Coffee Pod.

It would be within 81 Castle Street, the former Business Gateway Office.

Plans for the 40 seat cafe are currently under consultation.
