Officers from the Highland and Islands Police Division confirm they have traced Isla Reid who was reported missing from Inverness yesterday

Police in Inverness have confirmed that a missing woman has been found safe and well.

Officers from the Highland and Islands Police Division had been trying to trace Isla Reid from the city.

A spokesman said: "We would like to thank the public for their help in relation to this incident."
