Proud Ness parade - temporary traffic restrictions





Motorists are being advised of temporary road closures in Inverness tomorrow (Saturday) between 9.30am and 10.05am for the Proud Ness Parade.

The temporary traffic prohibitions will affect all vehicular traffic under the direction of police.

The parade starts at Falcon Square, heads along Inglis Street and High Street to the Town House, then across Ness Bridge and along the river to Eden Court.

The road closures are as follows:

Academy Street: closed at its junction with Union Street to its junction with Inglis Street, 9.30-9.40am.

Inglis Street: closed at its junction with Academy Street to its junction with High Street, 9.30-9.40am.

High Street: closed at its junction with Eastgate to its junction with Bridge Street, 9.30-9:45am

Bridge Street: closed at its junction with High Street to its junction with Castle Road, 9.30-9.50am.

Ness Bridge: closed at its junction with Bank Street to its junction with Young Street, 9.30-9.50am.

Ness Walk: closed at its junction with Young Street to its junction with Ardross Terrace, 9.35-9.55am.

Ardross Terrace: closed at its junction with Ness Walk to its junction with Ardross Street, 9.35-9.55am.

Ardross Street: closed at its junction with Ardross Terrace to its junction with Alexander Place, 9.35-9.55am.

Bishops Road: closed at its junction with Ardross Terrace to its junction with Ness Walk Upper, 9.40-10am.

Bishops Road: closed at its junction with Ness Walk Upper to its junction with Bishops Park, 9.40-10.05am.
