Bryan Adams sells out second gig at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness in just minutes
Rock legend Bryan Adams’ second Inverness gig has sold out in just minutes!
The Canadian’s extra matinee performance at Eden Court only went on sale at midday on Thursday, but by 12.10pm just three seats in the 869-capacity Empire Theatre still remained.
Moments later they too had gone.
A small number of seats subsequently popped back in and out of availability over the next 30 minutes as people failed to complete their bookings in time and waiting fans pounced, but to all intents the theatre was essentially full.
It caps another phenomenal response to the rocker from his Highland fans - after demand for his first gig on the evening of April 25 proved so strong that tickets had sold out before even going on general release… and crashing Eden Court’s website into the bargain.
That demand sparked the announcement of an extra show on the same day - a matinee performance at 4pm.
And it too has proven massively popular with music fans.
For, although there was no repeat of the website crash this time round, early birds were still very quick to snap up all of the tickets.
Were you lucky enough to get tickets before they sold out?
