Scotrail confirms signalling fault now fixed following earlier rail disruption for Highland passengers from Inverness to Edinburgh and Glasgow due to signalling fault at Perth

A signal fault which delayed rail services between the Highland capital and the Central Belt has now been fixed.
Passengers faced disruption earlier this morning due to the fault at Perth.
Scotrail has confirmed services between Inverness and Glasgow and Edinburgh were affected and the fault was fixed by 7.30am.
