Top Inverness hotel Ness Walk set to introduce new ‘community table’ concept at its award-winning Torrish restaurant
A leading Inverness hotel is introducing a new concept in dining for the 2025 season.
Ness Walk’s award-winning Torrish Restaurant is introducing a new community table to “celebrate great food, fine company and shared experiences” at the restaurant's upcoming ICONS Supper Club.
To be held on Friday, April 11, it is part of the restaurant’s seasonal calendar of supper clubs, a new dining concept that invites guests to come together at a shared table, bringing like-minded food lovers closer through a passion for outstanding Scottish gastronomy.
A spokesman for Ness Walk explained: “At the heart of this exclusive dining experience is the ICONS menu - a culinary tribute to Scotland’s legendary ingredients, traditions, and talented chefs.
“Executive Chef Gerard and his team, each an icon in their own right, have crafted a menu that pays homage to the finest produce from Scotland’s land, sea, and larder.
“Each dish tells a story, whether inspired by heritage, local legends, or revered Scottish flavours.
“For those who prefer a more intimate setting, Torrish’s historic dining room provides an atmospheric alternative.
“However, for adventurous food lovers seeking connection, conversation, and the joy of shared experiences, the community table promises a new way to dine - where strangers become friends over exceptional cuisine.”
To elevate the evening, five fine wines have been hand-selected to pair perfectly with each course, ensuring “a seamless harmony of flavours”.
The spokesman added: “Torrish’s supper clubs have earned a loyal following, and the launch of the community table is set to be an exciting new chapter in its story.
“Whether you’re a returning guest or a first-time visitor, this is an opportunity to experience fine dining in a way that fosters connection and celebration.
“Reserve your seat and be part of something special - where food, wine, and friendship meet.”
