Tributes paid following the death of jeweller Kenneth Moore who ran a business in the Victorian Market in Inverness
News of the death of Inverness jeweller Kenneth Moore has been shared by the business online.
"It is with regret we have to announce that sadly Kenneth Moore has passed away," a post stated.
"Kenneth has owned the business since 2000 and has been in the shop since 2006. He has made many many friends and colleagues over the years and will be greatly missed by family and friends alike."
Among dozens paying tribute was Christine Galbraith.
"Deepest sympathy from all at The Mustard Seed," she said. "We enjoyed many wonderful evenings with Kenneth and family and will always remember his humour and generosity. Sending love to all the family....he really was an amazing man."
Emma MacLean also voiced her sadness.
"Kenneth helped us with my engagement and then our wedding rings nine years ago," she said. "He was always so lovely. Our deepest condolences."
Margaret Robertson was also sorry to hear the news.
"Kenneth was such a lovely man," she posted. "Many fond memories of him in the Ness and Thistle."
Helen Crawford Gardiner said: "We are so sad to hear this. What a wonderful gentleman he was. Mr Moore helped us chose our engagement and wedding rings and he did so with such charm and aplomb."
Claire Fraser described him as "an absolute gentleman".
"I was lucky enough to have the pleasure of meeting him and his family earlier this year when he made me two beautiful bespoke rings," she said. "My thoughts are with you all at this sad time."
