UPDATE: A9 reopens following three-vehicle crash
The A9 has reopened and traffic "is easing" after an earlier closure caused by a multi-vehicle collision near Blair Atholl.
The crash, which involved three vehicles, occurred at the House of Bruar at around 1.45pm, according to police. There was no immediate information as to the type of vehicles involved.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) crews and police were among the emergency crews to respond to the incident.
However, SFRS said their teams were not required as "all persons were released from the vehicles prior to their arrival."

Police were also understood to be unaware of any serious injuries.
The road was closed for more than two hours. But in an update posted at 4.15pm, two-and-a-half hours after the crash, Traffic Scotland confirmed that the road had reopened following the recovery of the vehicles from the scene. It added that traffic disruption in the area was "easing".
