UPDATE: Body found in Moray Firth was missing woman
The body recovered from the Moray Firth on Saturday was missing 57-year-old Anne Munro.
A police spokesman confirmed she has been formally identified.
Ms Munro was reported missing from Ardgay on Friday night.
She was last seen in the North Kessock area and police said she might have walked to Inverness.
Police stated on Saturday that a body had been recovered and Ms Munro's family had been informed, although at that point formal identification was still to take place.
The police spokesman said "our thoughts are with them at this difficult time", adding "there are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal in due course.
"Officers would like to thank the public for their assistance."
