American couple Russell and Ellen Felber, who moved to Inverness to run a guest house in the city, have won the right to remain in the UK.

The couple have been battling since 2016 against a Home Office ruling that they failed to comply with employment rules and were therefore to be deported.

A court ruled in the couple's favour on Friday.
