Inverness firefighters tackle boat blaze on housing estate

Inverness firefighters had an unusual call out in the early hours of this morning - to tackle a blaze on board a boat, on dry land.

Two appliances, both from Inverness, were despatched to the scene at Cameron Court, Smithton at 3am this morning.

The fire was quickly extinguished, according to the control centre, and thankfully there were no casualties.
