BETTING on Caley Thistle manager John Hughes being the next man in charge of Dundee Untied has been suspended by Ladbrokes after a flurry of bets.
Nothing official has been confirmed by either club but the bookmaker took the decision after chopping the Scottish Cup-winning boss from 25-1 to odds-on in the space of a day.
Jackie McNamara was sacked by the Tangerines after two and a half years in charge last month and United currently sit bottom of the Scottish Premiership with just five points from their opening 10 matches.
Hughes said after Saturday's 2-1 win at Ross County that he was very happy with life at Inverness but admitted frustration at losing some of his key players to division rivals.
