Caley Thistle full back will not join St Johnstone until contract runs out

SHAUN Rooney will remain with Inverness Caledonian Thistle until the end of the season, says manager John Robertson.
Despite reportedly signing a pre-contract with St Johnstone, the full-back will see out the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign with the Championship outfit.
Robertson was adamant Rooney will stay until his contract runs out.
“Nobody else will go from now on,” says Robertson.
“We can’t stop players signing pre-contract agreements.
“We have no power over that, but nobody will leave the club in the last week of the transfer window.”
