Inverness Caledonian Thistle have now gone three games without victory as they threw away their lead to go down to defeat against Queen of the South in Dumfries.

They are now only above the relegation zone on goal difference, as Annan Athletic won 2-1 at home to Kelty Hearts on Saturday afternoon. Both teams are on 33 points with five games remaining in the regular season.
However, Inverness are 25 goals better off on goal difference as they are on +1 compared to Annan’s goal difference of -24.
Alfie Stewart gave Inverness the lead in the first half, but Jack Hannah equalised as the teams were level at the break.
Jordan Allan and Adam Brooks’ double for Queen of the South in the second half ensured all three points remained at Palmerston.
Yesterday afternoon, Alan Savage, who has been acting as a consultant at the club and put in over £1 million to ensure Inverness can carry on until the end of the season, revealed he has submitted a bid to buy Caley Thistle and bring it out of administration.
Inverness took the lead after 24 minutes when Alfie Stewart scored his third goal of the season for the club since arriving on loan from Aberdeen.
He connected with a free-kick into the box to fire into the net.
But Queen of the South equalised five minutes later when Jack Hannah beat the Inverness defence to head a cross past Musa Dibaga, who played his first game since returning from international duty with Gambia.
Inverness thought they had retaken the lead eight minutes before half time when Keith Bray thought he had scored, but it was ruled offside.
Queen of the South took the lead in the 57th minute when former Caley Thistle striker Adam Brooks, who was made redundant by Caley Thistle when the club went into administration in October, sent in a cross for Jordan Allan to fire past Dibaga.
Brooks then made it 3-1 in the 67th minute when he connected with a cross from Allan on the left wing to fire past Dibaga.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle head to Aberdeen to face Cove Rangers next weekend.
