Inverness Caley Thistle have sealed a deal with Kilmarnock to bring in young Scottish youth international talent Ben Brannan
Caley Thistle have sealed a loan deal to bring Kilmarnock talent Ben Brannan to the club.
Manager Scott Kellacher added the 18-year-old central midfielder to his squad on a deal through to the end of the season.
The Inverness side has already taken a lift through the arrival in January of Aberdeen pair Alfie Stewart and Alfie Bavidge to bolster their midfield and attack respectively.
Now they will be hoping that strengthening for the final 12 games of the League One campaign will give them every chance of escaping the relegation zone after their 15-point punishment for administration.
The deal, announced this afternoon, is subject to SFA clearance.

Brannan can play both at full-back and in central midfield.
He has captained both Kilmarnock’s Under 18s and Reserve teams and he helped the Kilmarnock U18s reach this season’s Scottish Youth Cup Semi Finals, where they will face Livingston U18s on Friday 28 February.
Ben has also represented Scotland at Under 17s and Under 16s level.
Head Coach Scott Kellacher said: “I’m absolutely delighted to get Ben in, we’ve been looking at him for quite some time now. To have him at the club and for him to be a part of it will be great.
“I can’t thank Derek McInnes, Paul Sheerin and Kilmarnock FC enough for their assistance with this; Ben has a lot to offer us, he’s got good qualities, he’s hungry and he’s desperate to impress.”
