From Chile’s Patagonian wilderness to the length of Australia’s Murray River, paralympic gold medallist Karen Darke has travelled all over the world and faced some extreme conditions for her Quest 79 challenges.

And now she wants other people to get involved as she brings it back home to Inverness.

Next weekend at the Highland Cycle Ability Centre, Darke is challenging Inverness to cycle 7.9km round the track to raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association and the centre.
