AS-LIVE football from the Scottish Premiership continues on BBC Alba tonight (Wednesday) with action from Dundee United v Caley Thistle.

Coverage of the match from Tannadice Park will start at 10pm and will be presented by Calum Macaulay, with commentary from Derek MacKay.

It's fourth v fifth as United, who sit on 50 points, host ICT, who are two points behind the Tayside club, but have played one game less.

The fixture will be their third league meeting this season and their fifth across all competitions.

Tannadice hosted their first league encounter, when a Billy Mckay strike gave Inverness a 1-0 victory. This was then followed by a 1-1 draw on league duties at the Caledonian Stadium in January, with Mckay again on target for Caley Thistle before a Keith Watson strike levelled matters.

Their two cup meetings have seen one win apiece, with their Scottish League Cup quarter-final in October ending in a 2-1 triumph for Caley before United recorded a thumping 5-0 win in Inverness earlier this month.

As well as the action on the pitch, ICT captain Richie Foran reflects on the disappointment of losing out on the League Cup final, but shares his optimism that the club will have another opportunity to secure silverware in the future.

He's also talks about the achievements the club has made in its 20-year history and his hopes to continue playing for as long as possible.

At Dundee United, striker Nadir Ciftci talks about how he is enjoying life at the club and his firm belief that the squad is capable of achieving silverware this season.

The 22-year-old frontman praises the management team for their coaching style and ability to keep the young players focused. Nadir hopes to play at the highest level possible and expresses his openness for playing for the Scottish national side should he become eligible.
