Inverness Caledonian Thistle receive six-figure payout from SPFL
Inverness Caledonian Thistle have received almost £242,000 from a £9 million payout from the Scottish Professional Football League.
The pay-outs, part of an estimated £25 million which will be distributed by the SPFL this year, are shared between clubs across all four divisions, and are dependent on final league placings.
Inverness received £241,959.60 while Scottish Championship winners Ross County have been given £402,960.
League chief executive Neil Doncaster said: “These payments, which mainly arise from our broadcasting and sponsorship deals, underline the commercial strength and attractiveness of the SPFL.
